Cancellation Policy

We rent mopeds rain or shine. Please make all considerations before submitting the reservation form.

• ✔ All riders MUST possess and present a valid Driver’s License and/or Motorcycle License AND meet all rental requirements for the vehicle.
• ✔ Please be sure to have a credit card available at the time of delivery for verification.
• ✔ Absolutely NO refund will be provided for returning a vehicle early or if you do not show up for the reservation.
• ✔ All riders MUST be able to operate a bicycle or a motorized two-wheeled vehicle. We do not provide a refund for a customer if they are unable to operate the moped after it is delivered.

We do NOT provide a refund and there is a re-booking fee of $45.00 for any changes required after a booking has been made (the re-booking fee only applies if the rental dates are available; if there are no available rentals we will not provide refunds for the original rental).

Kauai Mopeds reservation and delivery times are based upon availability. Delivery of rentals may be delayed up to or longer than 2 hours due to unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel any confirmed reservation.
